	Dr. Christoph Meier studied Anthropology, Social Psychology and Sociology. He has been pursuing research in communication and interaction analysis for several years at University of Giessen. Subsequently, he joined Fraunhofer-Institute for Industrial Engineering (Fraunhofer Institut Arbeitswirtschaft und Organisation) in Stuttgart, where he worked on and managed projects on virtual teams and virtual organisations, telecooperation technologies and e-learning. In 2004 he joined imc Schweiz AG as Senior Consultant and Head of Competence Center "Training Analytics / Bildungscontrolling". In 2006 he joined the Institute of Business Education and Educational Management at the University of St.Gall, Switzerland.
